Adjoining Norton Folgate, Worship Street and Curtain Road, Principal Place offers an important opportunity for regeneration of the City fringe/South Shoreditch area.

The site is currently isolated from the surrounding area and is mostly vacant. Brick walls and the mainline railway from Liverpool Street Station restrict access to the site.

Part of the site is currently being used as part of Hammerson’s Temporary Use Programme with sports facilities on the site.

Hammerson’s proposals will open the site up to the public and enable new connections to be created through the area.
